The first guy is right; different creatures look like leaves.

Preying Mantis and spiders eat bugs; many walking stick and walking leaf insects eat leaves or suck plant juices.

Leaf wing butterflies drink nectar from flowers.

The Phasmida (stick and leaf insects) are plant-eating insects often resembling sticks or broad leaves. They do not have their hindlegs adapted for jumping as in the closely related order Orthoptera (grasshoppers, katydids, crickets and relatives). Whilst there are about 3000 species, only about 30 are leaf insects....

some are plant eaters and use the camouflage to protect themselves, others ( like the mantis varieties) eat other insects and use the camouflage to disguise themselves until the prey comes too close to escape.
