I have been having lower back, leg, and arm pain what could it be????

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as fibromyalgia or a wrong sleeping position but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

Could be a number of causes, If i were you i would go see a chiropractor if the symptoms don't go away after a few treatments i would go to your family doctor.
