charity in Ramadan....
there are several things but i need new things:
1)Ramadan's bag:a bag that contains all essentials(food) in ramadan:rice,meat,sugar,...etc.and give it to the needy families
2)"eftar al sa'em"(feeding the fasting):we gather money to buy eftar for those who stays in masjids during e'tekaf......

3)visiting orphangaes:and but them clothes and toys....there are some orphanages who create like an account for every kid,so when he's a grown up he could start a project or sth........

so,do you have any other ideas?

I know a great association called "Resala", do you know it??!,,,I participated in it about two years ago, they have orphanages, hospitals, blood bank, food bank, cloth bank, etc

you can give them money and they will divide them and to the seven charities....and in Ramadan you can buy a Ramadan's bag and they will give it to the people that really deserve it...and you can spend Ramadan day with orphans...ans many other things...it's really great..!!

Time. Time is the most valuable gift you can give someone, especially when it's your own time. May I suggest doing something with family members. Most people forget that charity begins at home. Are there some relatives (immediate family or distant relatives) you can spend time with? How about getting involved in a local dawah class? Most people think charity is about tangible things but spending your own personal time is more fulfilling and it says a lot about your personal values.

sure there are many ways. helping other people financially and spiritually and emotionaly and so on.
giving charity to poor people , teaching others the rules of fasting and islam in general. talking about the deep philosophy of ramadan for friends having a disscussion even to leran more. reciting the HOLY QORAN and thinking about its verses.
Coming over sick and old people being left in nursing homes and hospitals.
mmmmm
trying to be more like to a muslim that god wants not the one we prefer.

Recite the Glorious Qur'an as often as you can, and try to act in accordance with its commands, and not to do what it forbids.

You will be a better Muslim that way, and that would be one of the greatest charities you would ever manage to give to your own folks, friends, fellow citizens, and hopefully, the entire mankind.

How about setting up support for expecting women...helping them to get all of the essentials they need like diapers, wipes, bottles, formula. Also offering them moral support if they have no close family.

I am not Muslim, sorry. Your examples were great and I just wanted to help out. Peace to you.

When I lived in Morocco, we'd sometimes walk around right before lftour and hand out dates and yogurt to anyone who was outside (building concierges, outdoor workers, poor people).

Great Question.. Me and some friends used to carry some juice and dates at the very moment of Maghrib and give (and eat) some to every wayfarer to break his fast.. then we pray at the Masjid and go home to eat...
