Best In the world? is a little bit too exaggerated, but the best Diet I know is not be on a diet. I recommend to try Weight Watchers program is the only one that had help me loss weight continuously, and is the healthiest I know, is easy to follow because is not drastic and offer lots of support plus new friends.

So..
Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.

Possibly bananas. Comes in a nice package, and apes are pretty smart. Lots of potassium and fiber too. Great question. You get a star, my friend. :)
