i have little red bumps around my eys and the side of my face because last night some kid just jumped me and started strangled me and now i have all these spots on my face like blood vessils will they go away? and how much dose it cost to go to a dermattolgest

these are called patechiae and they will go away in a few days, give it some time.

Check with your healthy insurance company to see if they cover a dermatologist. You would have to go to a regular M.D. first and then get a referal to a Dermatologist.
Are they red bumps or more like lines?
If they are lines, they should go away, I don't really know about bumps. I would suggest using face lotion right now. Good luck!
