Can you adopt someone from the Philipines in Canada? My cousin have a mom but she died and she wants a mom so my mom will adopt her next year but can my mom apodt her? My mom is planning to go to the Philipines next year to adopt her but i want her to adopt her in where we live and i want to go with her but im scared of planes crashing and u die and stuff and its really hot there and i might faint or something and they have thunderstorms everyday in the summer. so it is better to apodt my cosin in Canada or the Philipines? (My cousin have a dad too and hes alive but i dont know about her dad and my mom thinks my cousin, Grace is 13 years old i was wishing she is younger lol.)

I believe she can if the father agrees and the laws there agree.
YOU seem to worry TOO MUCH. Life is complicated enough without always worrying about what may happen. Just chill and try to enjoy having a sister. I am an only child and would love to have had a sister or brother around just to tell my problems to. Good luck and keep us advised of the progress.

Stay home. You have too many phobias. Just don't ever go to Florida on vacation either. The adoption could be done in either the Phillipines or Canda, but only if your cousin's father gives his written consent. This is something for your mother to consult a lawyer about. You shouldn't worry about it. It is not a choice for you to make in any respect.

This info is not specific to Canadians adopting from the Philippines, but it should at least give you non-residency and residency requirements & these should be pretty standard.

No she has to go where your cousin is and the father has to put her up fo adoption first but theres nothing to worry about se sra sra whatever will be will be
