Well how can your morality be against what's right?

I think you are confused. The sense of morals won't keep you from doing right, but your sense of ethics might.

You might be tempted to be politically correct and follow the crowd instead of being morally correct and doing what is right. They are not the same - sometimes we let things slide because we are afraid of offending the devil.

I am Atheist according to many I don't have any morals... Therefore it's no surprise I have never found them getting in the way of me doing what I believe is right...

How can your morals get in the way of doing what is right? Example, please? If it's "what is right" then it should be in line with your morals in the first place?

Morals determine what is right. Your sense of morals/conscience, if it is working as it should, ought to guide you to do what is right. Or at least make you feel bad when you don't.
