you may be depressed. It depends on if it interferes with your life or not. Everyone feels liek that sometimes, the key to knowing if you need profesional help is, does it interfere with life. Good luck and feel better.

DO NOT go to the doctor, like some have suggested here. Doctors here can only give you pills, pumping your body with more and more chemicals, but they will not solve the root of your problems. Neither do doctors/professionals really care about you as a person. They just treat you as a job, making a living for themselves just like everyone else. Therefore, they will only go through the mechanical motions of doing what they are obligated to do under the law, but rarely anything more.

The help from a loving family and sincere friends is much more important.

It could very well be depression or some other mental health issue. If you feel this way on a regular basis and it is has been an ongoing problem, seek out a counselor. You can contact your doctor or local mental health department for a referral. If money is an issue, there are free and low cost options for counseling as well. I wish you all the best friend.

I would say go and find others facing similar dilemmas, as nothing can beat depression better than people who have overcome it. Also, don't be afraid to "reset" your life! Take whatever is wrong, unhappy, and counterproductive in your life, and if you can't fix it in the present, let it go. No one can give you a second chance like you can.

Go to a dr., but make sure they check out many potential issues before handing you any pills.

I got my B12 checked and it turned out I had a severe deficiency. Sometimes depression is a symptom of a diagnosable problem, but often either patients just want a pill, or the above is difficult to trace back.

You might try going to see a psychiatrist rather than your regular doctor.

Maybe depression is setting in, try to change your routine, skip a day of activity, and devote the time to yourself and your interests and pleasures. Don't go to medication because it could cloud your mind further, but try to bring freshness and liesure into your life.
