According to the BMI calculator linked below, your BMI is 21.3, and the normal range is anywhere from 18.5-24.9, so you have no need to lose weight!!

But a great resource to use for maintaining (...or losing... or even gaining) weight is Sparkpeople.com. You can track what you eat (I still do, even though when I started with Sparkpeople a year ago I weighed 186...but, I still keep track of what I eat.) And they have a fitness tracker to track your exercising/calories burned.

To lose 2 pounds in a week (which is what sparkpeople.com recommends...) is to Burn 450-500 calories per WEEK, and eat 1220-1550 calories per DAY (or 500 less than usual.) That cuts out about 7000 calories (3500=1 pound...) Now, if you're already only eating about 1200 calories a day, don't cut out the calories... it could be dangerous to your health in the long run.

You're at a healthy weight, just eat healthy, exercise regularly, and learn what works best for you and your body to stay healthy.

For some great recipes, you can check out sparkrecipes.com and quakerricesnacks.com... eat healthy and exercise :o)

Your weight fluctuates 5 pounds depending on what time of day it is, what you've eaten, how much you've had to drink, whether you've gone to the bathroom recently-- that kind of stuff. So you may find that the next time you weigh yourself, you may weigh less than you thought (or slightly more-- so don't panic!)

Your body weight sounds pretty normal for your height. 5'1" and 113 pounds means your body mass index (BMI) is 21.3, which is well within the normal range for adults. You are not at risk of being overweight. That said, it is always a good idea to eat healthy (lots of fruits and veggies!) and to exercise regularly. If you continue to be concerned about your weight, speak with your physician about how you can improve your body while staying healthy.

Cut out desserts (all sugar), no fast food, no snacks like chips, no fried food, and lots of fruits and veggies and water. And don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Good luck, kiddo!!

By eating 7,000 calories less than you would have, and/or exercising more.

Your body needs protein, fat, grains, etc, so don't be ridiculous and eat only vegetables and water. Just find a way to trim your total caloric intake--small portions! no junk!--and get some exercise.
