Looking for Arizona plate with plate numbers 534 JEV.

Report the hit and run to the police. They will take care of it.
Also report the plate to your insurance company so they can sue the person who committed the hit and run.

You need to go to the police and delete this question. Displaying someone's license plate online is invasion of privacy and can lead to legal trouble.
Nobody with access to DMV records can legally give you the information anyway, only the police.
For all we know, you could be hunting down your ex, or stalking someone.
