i live in cali, and my girlfriend lives in canada. and we want to get married in cali. how can we do this? what do i need and what does she need for us to get married? she is moving here in 2 weeks. im 21. she is 18. please help us. she lost her passport as well as her visa too. what can she do to get here faster and sooner?

She will have to apply to her government to replace her passport. She will then have to apply to replace her US Visa with the USCIS. It depends on the type of visa she lost. If you want, you can apply for a fiancee visa, which takes a few months to process. after it is processed, she can go to cali and get married within 6 months.

With no passport or visa you wont be able to get married, she had better contact the Canadian Passport Office and explain what happened.

That could give the family courts a new idea in unison with the "No fault divorce" that is killing the family unit that they may be able to justify phone marriages. Look at the revenue that the 24 billion child support industry makes, they would probably throw in a supporte conjugel visit to promote children also. Then their control could be global, sshhhhhh, don't give them any more ideas on how to take advantage of people we already lead the country in lies and deceit in the actions of the family court of injustice in California.

Apply for a fiance visa. I can't do anything if she can't keep up with her paperwork. I'd suggest she find it.
