i need like a book to know how to lose wait iam to fat and i want to lose wait cuase thewre is this guy that i like but he does not nores me and his friends tell me to leaf him alone he will never go out with cuase you are to fat he will never go out with you he only likes sknie girl so help me lose wait i like him so bad so help me!

you will not lose weight because of one superficial guy...
what if next one likes only girls with big bubble butts? are you gona gain 40lbs for him???
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of veggies and fruit, 8 glasses of water etc - the best book that will tell you all of this is ADA (american dietetic association) Nutrition books.

These numbers vary on a person's size and daily activity but on the average men burn 2200 calories a day and women burn 1700 calories a day. That means that you need to keep the calories below those marks or you will gain weight. If you are able to lose 3500 calories in a seven day period then that will lose you one pound of fat. There are a few ways to do this. One way is to eat less and make sure it is easy to digest foods, like vegetables, lettuce, chicken, fish, etc.. The other way is to workout. I suggest this route because you have a much more fun lifestyle and look better. Working out tones and tightens your muscles as well as burns calories. The easiest way to lose weight is to buy a road bike (ten speed) and ride at least an hour a day. The typical 1 hour ride will burn between 800-900 calories. When you get better it makes good sense to ride two to three hours 3 to 4 times a week. You can do the math on the calorie lose. You can lose weight quickly, safely and it's better for your heart nd lungs as well. Good Luck!!!

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.

As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that

That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

ok love, if this man won`t go out wif u cus he doesn`t like your weight then try to forget about him, he is not worth it . seriously! if u still want to lose weight. lose it slowly and safely. eat healthy meals and snacks and breakfast. skipping meals does not help at all! trust me! :) smoothies , fruit, veg will all help. exersice is a good way but make sure u don`t do too much. jogging,swimming, weights etc. and don`t be worried if u don`t look like models in the magizine when they lose weight. they have personal trainers and normal ppl don`t.

First, it's WEIGHT, not wait. Second (probably should be first) see a doctor. Don't try ANYTHING without consulting a doctor as far as weight loss.

eat less calories and excersise more.
