This is what my teacher wrote-

I favor a better system for funding education, high speed internet for everyone, a computer for every student, a strong wish ethis, and honesty.

Does favor mean.. like I wish for...? I support? or what does it mean?

Its for a school assignment, i have to write my own, drop some ideas for something you might favor also! Thanks!

To favor is to believe in or support something.

Notice, your teacher does not say who will PAY for all of the things she favors. This may indicate a lack of clarity in her thinking on these issues. Apparently, as an employee of the taxpayers, she thinks money 'grows on trees'.
