YOU NEED TO SET YOUR ALARM FOR THE TIME YOU HAVE TO GET UP FOR SCHOOL. Put the clock across the room so you have to get up out of bed. We'll say you set the clock for 6am. Do NOT get back in bed. No napping during the day. Do not get back into that bed until 10pm, assuming you like 8 hours to feel rested. (You change that shecule to suit you.) You'll be tired for a couple days, but then you'll be on track for waking up at 6am, and going to bed at 10pm. It's called a "circadian rhythm." E-mail me if you have any questions. Good luck, kiddo!! :)

Maybe putting your alarm clock across the room would help. So then you would have to get some energy flowing to get up and walk across the room. Or you can start training yourself to get up early. All these tricks helped me:
1. Don't use any electronics 30 minutes before going to bed.
2. If you drink a lot of pop/soda make it a minimum of one per day and don't drink it 3 hours before going to bed.
3. Set your alarm later and later everyday.
4. On the weekends don't change your schedule dramatically.

Try putting an extra alarm clock in a place in your room where you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Put a glass of water next to it and when you get up to stop the alarm, drink the water. That way, if you DO get back into bed, within about fifteen minutes you'll have to get up to pee. I'm not kidding! It's a good trick. The trick is actually doing it, because you may outsmart yourself so you can stay in bed longer.

well you should slowly change and try to start waking up earlier and sleeping earlier. but if your problem is hitting the snooze button then you can give yourself incentive not to hit it. For example every time you hit it you have to do 10 sit ups when you wake up. The only hard part about this is that you have to make sure you actually do the consequence you made up if you hit the snooze button.

Move your clock out of arms reach, get a second alarm clock. Go to bed at 8:00pm skip any drinks with caffeine, get exercise during the day so you'll fall to sleep earlier. Good luck

There are alarm clocks you can buy that have a component with propellor blades. When the alarm sounds this part becomes airborn and flies off the main part making a loud noise. the only way to stop the noise is to retrieve it, which means getting up. I was given a page from a catalogue advertising it by my boss due to my routine unpunctuality. I lost it and cant remember the shop but look around different sites.

Set multiple alarms for the same time or a difference of a couple minutes...(your cell phone alarm, ipod alarm, clock alarm, ect.).
Also, put your alarm clock on the other end of your room so you get up to go shut it off. Make sure the volume on your alarm is ON ALL THE WAY UP!!!

God same here!
Especially after summer holidays because I'm so used to waking up much later.
I'm not helping much, but I do the same thing, so I need the help aswell.
P.S- Hmm...I'm gonna try and move the alarm away from my bed. That's a good idea.
