We have a little Saloon in town and the owner, who is the coolest guy is gonna be 60, I need suggestions on a gift under $50.!

One of the most useful gifts I get is a gift card for the Warehouse. It is one of those shopping barns, that will enable him to select something he will find useful.

It really depends on the person, but there is a great site www.findgift.com that allows you to select from several filters to find a good gift.
You could always do some sort of a plaque that he can hang up in the saloon. Or even one that can be updated yearly.

If the guy smokes, a cigarette lighter paper weight in the shape of something meaningful to the guy..'coz people always lose their lighters, 'tho there's nothing unique about that. I just don't see it given often...

does he wear cowboy hats or buckles? get him a new hat or buckle. or maybe a bolo tie.
or get him a nice new shirt.
maybe find someone who can do a characture picture of him that you can have framed and he can display
