Just read news article about court trial of Mexican drug cartel members in the U.S. who are part of large and growing hit squads who are awash in money and apparently tracking American law enforcement right here in the US.

There was also news story three months ago of American law enforcement been chased by armed Mexican drug dealers. Supposedly the Americans were "unarmed".

Of all the serious problems the U.S. is facing, this is not something anyone here needs; more police, guards, etc. being taken from the vigilance of the ports, airports, subways, etc., to be transferred to a border that should have been effectively closed decades ago.

saw that. it boggles the mind that people don't think we should have a wall built. Its going to take a small town being blown up by extremists before this is considered important.

El Presidente Jorge Boosh did not get serious about securing the border and enforcing our immigration laws until a few months ago. He should be impeached for not performing his sworn duty of protecting Americans. How many Americans have been killed, raped, or robbed by illegal alien criminals who crossed the border into the US during Bush's watch. Millions, I am sure!

Of course, the mayors and governors of sanctuary cites and states are equally culpable in the harm cause to Americans by illegal alien criminals!

Read more closely - the hit men were Americans working for Mexican drug cartels. This is not an opinion, but a fact.

The border wall was passed and signed last year. It is just not being built. Congress keeps dragging their heels on building the wall to pass whatever other immigration bill they come up with. The problem is that they can't agree on a full immigration bill and they won't vote on individual points that they can agree on. So nothing gets done. But they've already agreed to building a wall and it still isn't getting done. It is just playing politics with the safety of Americans.
