Ok, so i am a pig (nice pic RoseBee), but I will never, ever believe that how a woman dresses is an invitation for rape or unwanted touching in anyway.

Perhaps not stare, but let's say, NOTICE. Staring is kinda classless and may just scare the object of your erection, errr, ....AFFECTION away. There are ways to check out a lady and let her know she's hot without making a spectacle of yourself or embarassing the "shawty". That MAY, however, require you to tear your eyes away from the "breasises" and instead, looking into her eyes.

I wouldn't say that a tight shirt is an invitation as such and I can only speak from a personal point of view, but being the proud owner of a magnificent bosom, if I wore a tight shirt, I would expect guys to stare at them! It's just the way that it goes. If I don't want guys to look I opt for a less figure-hugging top!

No, for two reasons:
1. Staring is always rude. Perhaps a "sexy" outfit is an invitation for you to *look*, but not stare, and certainly not directly at her breasts!
2. This is a "slippery slope" sort of thing. If you say yes, that lends credibility to the idea that women who dress sexily are inviting (or deserve) rape or harassment.
A good measure of "reasonable behavior" - behave as you would expect other men to behave if the woman wearing the outfit in question happened to be your mother, sister, or daughter.

yes. I am a girl and i have noticed that skin tight shirts basically reveal all of their body. they might as well take their shirts off... it wouldnt make a difference really. Women.. have some common sense... be modest.. dont make guys stare.. you feel uncomfortable witha gjuy staring at you...then look at what you're wearing!

Stare away, as long as the girl is 18+, don't go after any jail bait! But yeah, as long as there is no uninvited touching, or rude remarks, nonchalantly steal a glance or two, but don't ogle, that's just creepy.

I am a petite woman (size 2 aka small aka xsmall) with 32DD breasts. Do you THINK I'm going to wear a large top JUST so you won't look at my boobs??? NO! I'm going to wear a top that fits and unfortunately for me, it's up to you and your GOOD MANNERS (that we can clearly tell don't exist) NOT to overtly stare at my boobs.

women actually dress for themselves and other women.. it's so they feel good and feel that they look good compared to others.. not like us men who dress nice for women because we want to impress them..... it just so happens that it's in our nature as men to enjoy the way they dress as well.. so both sides win :)
