i don't feel like i have any power left after doing about 2. i'm very skinny. i thought skinny ppl can do more? how can i get more power to do more?

Very skinny people are very skinny because they don't have very much muscle on their bodies. If you can only do 2 sit-ups, do 2 and then take a rest and try to do 2 more. If you can do 2 more then take a rest again and try to do 2 more. Keep doing this if you can. This will help you get stronger.

It's not about being skinny. Muscle is something you have to build, and muscle will give you the strength to do more sit ups. So you have to build up the muscles in your stomach. Do crunches- lie on your back with your knees bent shoulder width apart; lift your upper body through your stomach, with your arms bent and your hands behind your head; down again, but don't let your upper back touch the ground; repeat. Not quite a sit up, but a good start, and you will certainly build muscle.

start with crunches - they are better for women, dont hurt your back and more effective for getting nice abs. the proper way to do them is not helping yourself with arms and head - the only part that is working are your abs (10-20reps 2-3 sets a couple of times a week). only pushing yourself will make you get stronger.

The only way you will be able to get more power is force yourself to do more.
