I own a N80 model, of a SLR from Nikon, and recently noticed that the rubber parts of the camera had entered in a process of dissolve, like if it is melting. The camera has been more the a year whitout use. I live in Brazil, in Rio and the weather may had contributed to the process. I would like some information that help me to stop the process. Any information would be good. Thanks for help!

Go to Nikon's website, and go into the customer service section.
Get either a customer service phone number or an E-Mail address and contact someone to talk to about the problem.
