Roundworm is super easy- the vet will give him a shot of liquid medicine down his throat. It should cost you about $20 for the medicine and then whatever the vet charges for the office visit.

You can buy a dewormer at the pet store, but the best thing you can do is take all the cats to the vet. Also, you should stop the kitty from feeding from the mom because she can get works from the kitty. Most likely they all have worms and they all need to be dewormed. Its a simple pill the vet gives the cat.

Like everyone else said, take them to a vet to get checked out. Deworming should be standard anyway. Also, the kittens should not be weaned until 8 weeks or so but should be eating some solid food now too. You might also see if the vet can go ahead and start their vaccines as well, since you are there anyway and they will need them too.

it is imperative to get the cat wormed....often if the cat is vomiting worms there is an overwhelming amount in the body.... an anthelmintic (wormer) is required from the vets....don't use pet shop rubbish it doesn't work. an appropriate wormer will be dispensed for the lactating mum and a wormer for the kittens also.
worm the cats.....round worms are a risk to us and some forms of tape worm. a broad sprectrum round and tape wormer is required.

You can get wormer from your vet or even a pet store cheap for round worm. Treat all of them now! And keep their area clean, especially the litter box! Wash your hands every time you are near them, you can get sick from round worms.

The vet has medicine that clears this up very quickly. They can give it to them for you if you can get the cats into two carriers and bring them to the vets.

Mom and kittens should all be dewormed. If you cannot catch the wild cats to deworm them, mix it into wet food. They'll eat it.
