This has been bugging me for ages... I remember eating Lucky Charms alot as a kid, but realised that they never sell it in the UK anymore. Why is it that they don't sell it here anymore? I know they still sell them in other countries, it's an outrage!? Did they perhaps not sell as well as they thought?!

Lucky Charms are the bees knees!

Lucky charms are amazing, we even have off brands in larger than life bags! There is a campaign to bring them back to the UK.

Petition: http://www.petitiononline.com/uklucky/petition.html

Email me and i can send you a box or two.

Reasons found for not selling in the UK: After this, CPW decided to pull Lucky Charms out of the UK, because:

1) The profit margin was rapidly decreasing, they were not selling enough.

2) Perhaps most important, was the sugar level. Lucky charms contain 44.4% sugar, and it is against current EU regulations to sell such cereal with that content of sugar.

CPW do not see themselves bringing Lucky Charms back to the UK in the future. They do not feel that there is enough demand for them.

You can still get them at the grocery store. in fact they have a new kind out called Berry lucky charms but they aren't as good as the orignals. also try Eggo's cereal it is really good.

yeah I suddenly remembered them when they had a reference to them in Austin powers. however don't remember them being that nice, its probably for the best that they don't make them its probably one of those things you'd be really disappointed by if you had as an adult
