Okay ... so someone on here told you to use baking SODA and lemon juice? ... Dont listen to her... thats the worst thing you can do to try and whiten your teeth. It will wear off the enamel on your teeth making it sensitve, easy to stain, and brittle. Baking soda is abrasive and lemon juice has acid in it. STay away from that

Try using the toothpaste or the white strips you can buy at the grocery store. If those dont work go to your dentist and he can give you bleaching trays or bleach them in office.

Baking soda is actually it is probably better for your teeth than the toothpaste on the market today & if you don't like the taste add some lemon juice to it and it will help clean your teeth plus give you a fresh breath. What do you think was used before toothpaste was invented?

My dentist said that baking soda is too rough on the enamel and your better off using the whitening strips as they are gentle.

No, it is baking soda (completely different). But you don't want to use baking soda straight out of the box. It is too abrasive.

Not powder, SODA!!! Straight outta the box. It tastes like crap but works awesome.
