"Ignorance" means lack of knowledge or understanding. It's quite possible for a faithful person to be ignorant of a lot of things, and a faithless person too. No one knows everything.
I have often found that faithless persons are ignorant of the religions they mock. They make criticisms that show that they don't understand what it is they are criticizing. They seem to think that their faithlessness alone automatically makes them smarter and superior to the faithful – there's no need for them to actually learn anything about it.
Obviously many faithful are also ignorant. Sometimes they are ignorant of other faiths, sometimes of science, and sometimes even of their own faith, which they think they understand because they're not aware of how much they don't understand (I know this from experience).
So there's no simple answer.
The way you phrased your question, this is the type of answer you're going to get: Faithful people will say the faithless are ignorant, and the faithless will say the same about the faithful.

People who judge others are the ones that are more ignorant. People that think they are better than others because of a particular belief. It's not a matter of faith or faithless, religious or atheist.

What you've discussed in the text of your question has little to do with ignorance. Ignorance is a lack of knowledge on a subject, which is not what you're asking.
But if you want to know who has more knowledge of this particular subject, religion, the 'faithless' are obviously far better educated on the subject. This is proven here every single day.
So to answer your question, "who is more ignorant"... that would be the "faithful".

Anyone who is uneducated in something is ignorant. Believers who believe in God, have faith in him. People who do not believe in one Almighty God, have faith in things they feel is real. All people like to think they are living in the right way. My personal experience has shown me that most people are ignorant of being spiritual because humans are self-centered. Humans like to do what they want, so they worship what they feel is going to fit into their lives. Its hard to follow God.
The people who do not believe in God or Jesus Christ feel they are in the right. I have gone from being a witch to being a Christian, and know that people are being deceived. Their sight has been blinded by evil and they dont even realize it. People who share their life with God sometimes are so passionate about it they dont realize how they may be spreading their good fourtune. They are just trying to help.
So I think that most people are ignorant, if they believe or not.

There are no faithless. It takes faith to even sit down in a chair believing the chair will hold you..

They all sound pretty ignorant to me. (With those definitions) Thankfully, they are inaccurate for many people. (Though I will say spot on for some).
How about we just do our best in this world, in this time. Be the best person we can be... not just tolerant but respectful, do not just accept others but welcome them. To learn from each other and grow has to be a part of why we are here... if it's not, I want out.

you are asking the wrong question...this is not about being ignorant due to having "faith" or not having "faith".
you are asking about rude people who mock other people regardless of their own beliefs, whatever they may be -- which is a rude, senseless & hurtful behavior.
why do some people act this way? because they get a kick out of being rude, senseless & hurtful.

Ignorance implies a lack of knowledge. We are all equally ignorant regarding gods, but some claim otherwise.
Don't people who claim to know things they obviously don't know deserve to be mocked?
