i have changed my diet into a much healthier one, after a few days doing this, i now have stomach problems like diarrea. i know its from the diet because ive been eating a lot of vegetables and fruit, what should i do, stop doing the diet?. i dont want to stop because i now i will get demotivated and start to eat a lot again.

Dont stop. You should be having 25-35g of dietary fiber a day.
If you were not having much before and now suddenly get a lot your body is not used to digesting it. Start upping your fiber intake slowly - begin with e.g. 15g, then next week ad a couple of grams etc. till your digestive system adapts to it and you are getting all 35g a day.
Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
