That is a scam. Think, do you know how to do a job in a bank? If so don't you think there would be an interview process? Possibly even knowing of the bank? How about you not getting all of your information in an unsigned letter. If it sounds to good to be true, THEN IT IS. These are scams to get your money and you get JACK. Please just disregard the letters and keep looking for a real job that makes you happy.

This does not sound genuine to me. It is very unlikely that anyone will offer you a job that pays $15000 per month before they have met you in person. In my experience a job that pays that well will also pay for your immigration and work permit papers. You should not send money to anyone who is offering you a job through the mail or on the internet. If permits and papers are needed the party filing the papers should pay any fees -- so file them yourself and pay directly to the issuing government or let the employer pay.

You don't pay to get a job unless you go through a recruiting agency. And, in that case you pay the agency, not the company (unless the company pays the recruiting fee, which is more common).
If someone is asking you to send them money so they can get started on setting up your job, that is a scam. If a company hires you, they pay all costs associated (except maybe relocation expenses).
Throw the letter away. It's not worth the paper it's printed on.

It's a scam. There are a lot out there. Normally, employer will pay for all expenses up front. Never send someone money to get a job.

Its a scam. Easy as that. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.. especially something as outlandish as 15,000/mo!
