(OK you The video) just contradicted yourself
Jesus is not god he is as the video later said son of man, ( in which god made man in his own image).
follow me does not refer to become my disciple, he has his disciple already, it believe he is saying to come and be fishers of men, to help people find their way to him. Also he told the ruler (Not everyone) to give away his belongings because it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter heaven. Also as for breaking the laws, it states- repent and all your sins be forgiven

I watched as much of it as I could literally stand, quite frankly. This is a person who has zero knowledge of Biblical translation,
the original languages text is taken from, idioms or figures of speech used, etc, etc...
This is an unlearned individual, so why in the world would anyone listen to one word?

I am a teacher of the Word of God, and almost everything the man said, was the ignorant ramblings of a man who is SEARCHING for ways to discredit the Word of God. He ignores analogies, he ignores the fact that the New Testament is ALL TEACHING. Everything Jesus did, said,
went, saw, everything was a teaching.

The boy who Jesus told to sell everything,
he told because he knew that the guy really wanted to be a disciple, but only on his own terms; he was unable to give up those material pleasures if he was asked to.
God does NOT want you to sell all you own.
In fact, God blesses people in many ways, and anyone who works and earns their money fairly and honestly, is deserving of it, and is blessed by God. God does not want you to take HIS GIFTS and throw them out, thats nonsense.
This person does not look at the spiritual or the teaching, AT ALL. He only looks to find a way to discourage people from believing in God. He is against God, he is the enemy of Christ, and he will pay for that - Gods will be done.
Chapter 14 of Luke is a teaching about becoming a learned disciple of God; that means a disciplined STUDENT of the word;
in order to do that, it takes effort, it takes
the desire and will, and it takes TIME. What
God is saying is that if you put anything before that, you will never get to it, quite frankly. It has to come first in your life, if
thats what you want, and you are sincere
and adament about it, then it will only come to you by study and by effort. Its not gonna be handed down to you by magic or on a silver platter.
John Chapter 6 was my favorite part, but
also what made me shut him off: He is telling you that you have to eat flesh and drink blood. C'mon, folks, I have 7 and 8 year old Bible students who know better than that, and they are NOT VAMPIRES, I
promise you that.
"to eat or to drink" is an idiom that means
to absolutely absorb, consume, take in,
every part, every lesson, every teaching,
every single word that Jesus Christ says so
as to know his will and his purpose in your life. The teachings of Christ, when absorbed and digested, is the only way that you can find not only peace of mind, but the
Father.
The guy is an idiot, at best, and not only that, but he has set himself up as the enemy of the Living God, and that makes the man an enemy of every Christian who walks the Earth, period. There is no grey area here, folks. You is or you isn't, plain and simple.
The enemy of Christ is not your brother;
if a person is an enemy and takes a position against Christ, then call him what he is: no use sugar-coating it, friends.
If a person is an enemy: they are the enemy. This man is my enemy; should he have a change of heart and find the Lord,
thats a different story; but today, thats what he is.

The guy is not a Christian and does not really know the bible and what it says. Anyone can twist it to another way of a belief. Jesus is the Truth, The Way, The Light. and this guy is not of the Light or Truth. But it was a funny way of an Atheist.

Excuse me, but can't anyone make a video and have it broadcast on youtube? I don't cite it as a reliable source.

I would not accept spiritual guidance from anything that calls itself--God is imaginary.

What was clear was that an unbeliever is trying to cause a believer to doubt, and God doesn't appreciate that.

I was amazed at the huge ignorance of the creator of this video. Each of the so called “steps” were incorrectly explained. Each has to do with Christ and how only He can do these things. Each has to do with sacrifice and each has to do with acceptance. This video was made by FOOLS! Only Jesus can save us from our sins, only Jesus cared nothing for material goods, only Jesus lived without sin, and only faith that Jesus paid your debt can save you.

The video is a joke and developed by people who do not even understand the BASIC principals of Christianity. Any normal, intelligent person would recognize this.

I did watch this video in full. It didnt change my mind about anything at all. I'll explain why...
I completely understand how this could confuse people. But, whoever made it, obviously has no knolwedge of the Bible.
When I didnt know anything about the Bible, yes, it did seem to really contradict itself. BUT, once I read it, from beginning to end, and researched and studied it, it made sense and confirms itself over and over again, and does not contradict itself one time.
*(and on a personal note, MANY things have happened in my life, that have proven to me w/o a doubt, that the Bible is very factual, and Jesus is God- very real).
All those Scriptures in this video are taken out of context and displayed for one simple reason- to sway someone from the Truth.
You cannot take one or a few verses and go on just that, without understanding of the Word and of Jesus. I could take any book in the world, and read one or two sentences, and think I know what it means, but, without reading the whole thing, beginning to end, and understanding what it is about, well, I dont truly know what those sentences are about.
For example...
When various people would ask Jesus what they would need to inherit the Kingdom of God...we have to keep in mind that Jesus answered them individually.
We all have our own things that keep us from getting close to God.
To some peoplel, money is their vice. It makes them greedy, busy, self-centered, mean, conceited. Jesus would tell them- you must give up that wealth in order to be who I need you to be- in order for you to grow in Me. Wealth is holding you back.
Maybe there is a rich woman who is a God loving fearing person. Money does not keep her from loving God and living for Him. BUT, alcohol does. That is her addiction; her vice. So, she would need to give up drinking, her drinking life- the bars, friends who do it, the activities around it, etc...so that she could not have a hinderance to following Him.
My personal thing was the occult. I loved Tarot cards, psychics, ghost hunting shows, anything paranormal. Those are abominations to God, so, those are the things I needed to give up to get right with God. And I did.
Another thing not explained is that often when the term "Kingdom of God" is used, this does not mean "Heaven". It means "realm". A spiritual realm we can connect to when we are on this plain.
Just like, when it is says in Luke 14:26-33, that we must hate those we love, that word "hate" in the original Hebrew text means "to love less". Many times we must look in the original Greek and Hebrew text to see what the true meaning is. Most people do not do that or even know to do this.
And we should not love our life, for, is it not full of sin? Corruption, immorality, pain, suffering, imperfections, etc... God is saying LOVE is much more, much deeper than what we make it out to be. We should only Love Him they way He intended Love to be, but not hate the ones w ecare about. God loves them- He made them too!
People have to also use some common sense when reading what people unknowledgeable of the Word and not believing in God say when trying to disprove the Bible.
And to be like a child...that is saying we should have an innocence like a child- a child-like faith and mentality, like Adam and Eve did before they knew sin. We should trust in God with no reservations, doubts, worries, etc... Like children do. I have a year old. He believs what I tell Him, and I am his mom, and that is good enough for him because he loves and trusts me. That is what God wants from us.
Hope that helped clear this up for everyone.
