I love that one too- but i also love Nearer my God to Thee. Also not a hymn- but I love the song, "I heard Him come" !

I love Stake Conference!
I have lots of favorites. I think it just depends on my mood. Recently it's been "I love to see the temple", I'm working on making up words for adults who have already been through the temple. So far I've just gotten "I love to see the temple, I went inside today (or I'm going in today). I conv'nant'd with my Father, I listened and I prayed. Oh the temple is a ..."

Love it too. So many to choose from, how much I like one over the other depends on the occasion (i.e. "Spirit of God" for the temple, "Called to Serve" for a missionary farewell). All-time favorite LDS song (hymn or non-hymn): "Oh Lord, My Redeemer."

"Come, Come, Ye Saints" heads my list of many favorites.
Our stake conference will be held the weekend of 15-16 September. I will join my ward choir in singing "I Need Thee Every Hour" ("Senor, te necesito") in Spanish at the request of the stake president, a native of the Dominican Republic.
