All religion exists because of their claim that God exists. Therefore, Religion must prove it, no one else. If you personally were to claim that something existed and you asked those who don't believe you to prove it, you know that you would be subject to ridicule.

What would you do with that information?
I could just be like most Christians and ignore the science but I'd probably accept it.
Would you follow any paticular religion? None that exist today because they would all be wrong.
Would it make any difference to you> because most athesits here say they think GOD is some treacherous being. Would you worship GOD if you knew he exsisted? Only if God made itself worthy of worship, God's got some catching up to do.
or would it even make a hill of beans to you that he is the creator? There is a difference between being a creator and a leader. Anyone can donate sperm but only decent people can be dad. The same goes for the sky daddy.

Wow, what a loaded question. First, I am assuming you are a religious person... doesn't your religion teach you not to judge people? Why then, are you trying to back atheists into a corner?
Anyways... First, atheists aren't looking for evidence that God exists. They believe there isn't any, and that is why they are atheists. If not, they would be agnostic.
I am pretty sure that if you could provide concrete evidence of something, then people would believe it. But then, concrete evidence existed that the world was round, but it took a while to catch on.
And God is such a loose term. It means so many things to so many people. Some people worship a God as creator... others as the world (plants animals etc). So what God are you setting out to prove?
There will always be people completely unwilling to change. I am betting you posed this question because you may just be one of them. So I ask you this, would you believe there was no God, if it was scientifically proven?

If science could prove him, then I would have to believe he exists. As far as religion goes, religion is manmade and I still would not affiliate to one particular religion. Depending on which god was proven, I would have to deal with that god with a barrage of questions, because the Christian god is not perfect by any means, so I would want to know what all the deception, hate and killing was all about. The way I feel right now, I'm afraid it wouldn't have a happy ending.

Wow you're always full of lots of questions...I'll try to answer all of them the best I can.
What would I do with the information if science proved that the Christian God exists?
I would study the information to see if it were conclusive before I accepted the fact blindly.
What it make a difference to me?
The difference or impact this information would make in my life would depend on exactly how it were proven that God existed and which god was proven. I doubt it would make a difference in my daily life, though.
Would I follow any particular religion?
No I would lead a spiritual life as I try to do now. Even if I believed in God and the Bible now I would not belong to an organized religion.
Would I worship God?
Probably not. This would all depend on if the accuracy of the Bible were proven. If God were to be how he is depicted in the Bible, my answer would be no.
As you can see, these questions merely bring about more and more and more questions. I hope I answered them well, though!

If God did exsist? well, which God are you talking about? I'm assuming yours...and I assume that you are Christian or Catholic or something along those lines. Well, I've been living my life without worshipping Him(or Her) for this long so why stop now? Honestly though, if It came down and said "if you don't worship me, you will go to hell" well then I'd definitely repent and start my worshipping cause if it's proven He(She) does exsist then I'll take my chances and assume Heaven exsists too, and that place sounds pretty sweet!

The god that you aspire towards is a petulant treacherous being. If science proves that there is a god he could not possibly be the petulant 12 yo that seems to throw tantrums at the slightest affront. So I would accept him, her or it and do what I could to live in a manner they might consider acceptable. But then I feel that I am already doing that.

If they simply proved that God exists, I wouldn't do anything other than be amazed and would get terribly excited about looking at such evidence. I would love it!
If they proved that God exists and IS the same God in the Koran and the bible, I would still be against God. I would not let my morals about what makes a good person be swayed by some narcissistic, petty, jealous deity. I would stand my ground and look forward to my eternity in hell. Hey, at least nearly all my friends and heroes would be there!

I would think of it as reading material only for the intent to learn about what a god could be made of other than thoughts and beliefs. I would not follow any religion. No difference to me whatsoever. I would never worship that which influences so much support on war, terror and violence.
But the thing is, there is / was/ never has been/ never will be a creator of anything the size of this universe.

You mean the Abrahamic God? The one I've read about in the Bible and so on? Who is all-loving, all-knowing and all-powerful but allows hurricanes to go spinning across the Atlantic every so often? No, I wouldn't worship him - that God clearly does not exist, I don't need science to prove or disprove him.

Athiests dont believe god is a treacherous being, they arent sure god exists at all to begin with. Its some religious people who are the treacherous ones. The existance of god doesnt prove any religion right.
