I'm usually there with a representative of Military Families Speak Out but he's not always able to show up and I'm not a member of the group. I'm looking for a blue-chip group that isn't filled with granola-eating, sandal-wearing naive idealists and pacifists who believe that Hitler would have turned out all right if his family had just given him a pony or that if we all sit around with terrorists and sing Kumbya around the campfire, everything will be fine. Sheep, in other words, who think that wolves are influenced by moral suasion - and the first ones to get a bullet in the head if Osama bin Laden gets his Caliphate.

I'm ex-USAF.

I've joined an anti-war Ron Paul for President meet-up group.

I wear a Ron Paul for President T-shirt & hand out flyers, in front of the local post office or in front of local stores.

However it seems to me Americans are split in half about supporting the wars or pulling out of the wars, so be prepared for both types of people, who believe in their views with passion.
Good Luck & Welcome!

just a regular kinda "we the people" who used have rights guy huh? I hear ya but i think you need a new vehicle to communicate with. i think vigils in front of the courthouse are
passe. I say we incorporate and be heard and at the same time get big tax brakes. If all those families formed a corporation it wouldnt hurt them and they would have the power to be heard. and make some money too.

Please dont embarass family members serving by participating in vigels or protest. My sister protested me in Nam and I still dont talk to her.

Do this: Represent yourself. Do you have to hide behind a group, or need a bunch of people with or behind you to lend credibility to what you profess to believe? Stand up for yourself.
