I run roughly 20 - 25 miles a week, but I always feel sick after my long runs 10 + miles. I ran 12 miles yesterday and had bad stomach problems and diaherria right afterwards. I dont eat junk food or drink, I usually eat lean protiens, pastas, salads, an occasional sweet. Is this a sign of dehydration?

It was close to 100 yesterday when I ran, I did eat a power bar an hour before I ran.

It could either be heat, or your either eating too much or not enough. Try eating something small right before you go out, like a powerbar or a poptart. Sometimes heat does that to you though. Keep running!

I always thought that throwing up after a run meant you gave it your all!
