I would think that just about any form of exercise would give you a boost in the morning. Of course, a strong cup of coffee does wonders for me too! :-)

It might! I'm thinking of starting yoga or some similar exercise program myself.
Another thing that might help- believe it or not- is a good solid breakfast, as long as it's not TOO heavy.

Music for me all the way!
(and conversely I use music to send me to sleep - an album called Bedtime Beats - classical pieces selected by Speech Therapists - does wonders!)

Some ideas:
Have Breakfast
Yoga
Pushups
Wash ur face with cold water
Pilates
Put on fast dancable music and groove to it
Etc...

any cardio work out will. 5 min of jumping jacks, pushups,situps or yes yoga.
