Hi! I answered this in your last question. This is the piece that comes closest to your descriptions. The cottage looks more or less blue depending upon the reproduction.
Farms Near Auvers, 1890. It appears to go by the name Thatched Houses against a Hill, as well... but it is the same painting. Here are several versions of it:

This is going to be tough. This website has a large selection of Van Goghs - couldn't find one matching your description , but if it is on there you will recognise it faster than me!
