CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.

THIS WOULD BE THE SAFEST WAY.

Well i live in San Diego, and the way you would check if you had a warrant in San Diego would be to search yahoo for " San Diego County Jail" Then it will give you the website which i think is sdsherriffs.net or something and they can look up Active warrant info, and also who's in jail. So i would do the same thing but for Texas. Search in yahoo "county jail", with whatever county in texas you are from, and it should give you a website that will let you search inmates at that county's jail, and your warrant info.

If you do, and didn't appear and your license was suspended, you should have received a notice to that effect. If you did not, check here: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/administration/driver_licensing_control/faq/answers_sus.htm#q27

Reinstatement requirements

Go to the police station. If they put the cuffs on you and stick you in a cell, you do.
