The owner's manual does not identify which fuse serves the radio.

Look at the cover to the fuse panel, it should show which is which.
..Or just pull each one, one at a time and check it out.

A lot of them will say what fuse goes to what on the panel cover. Many are the same fuse as the Cig lighter 12volt outlet.
Many aftermarket radios have another fuse on the back of them.

Hi! I honestly do not know if this will help you, but look at your fuses and see if you see something called F6. It controls the amp on Cherokee radios, but I'm not sure which year.
