To extract the essential oil from Tuberose flowers, You need 1000 KG for 1 Liter. You get it, making a multistage extraction with Ethanol and it is the most expensive essential oil of the world.
To mix a perfume out of it, You make a solution in btw Ethanol and add a small portion of a resin, to fix it at You skin.
But there are such a lot of several formulas, that it might be the best, to find a special one for Oleum Tuberosum in internet or in a book.
Excuse my bad English, please.

As with any perfume, the essential oil is extracted from the flower in the same way that other oils are obtained from plants. But the essential oils are volatile, and are normally too strong to use in pure form; the essential oil is diluted with a solvent such as ethanol, jojoba, or coconut oil. The essential oil will normally be diluted to a concentration of 40% or less.
