For Work Experience I chose to work in a canteen at Colmans so I was assistant chef for 2 weeks and I enjoyed that but in a years time I will be hoping to become a proper chef yet I don't want to work in a hotel/army. I have taken GCSE subjects: English , Maths , Science , ICT & am doing a course at college in ABC Level 1 in Hospitality & Catering. Basically what I am saying is,

What jobs in Hospitality & Catering can I get with my qualifications without having a tough time in a kitchen without working in a hotel or in the army ?
Thanks in advance.

Casino hosting, event coordinator, wedding planner...as for not wanting to work in a hotel, you don't necessarily have to work in the kitchen. You could work in just the banquet department, or you could be involved with Food & Beverage and not be slinging room service food...

Send your CV to TV with a view to become a celebrity chef.

Write a book or two on cooking, you would have no problem incorporating a temperature translation, & science of the changes that happen to food as it cooks.

Other than that you could end up in the kitchens of a hospital, old folks home, school, etc.

With enough qualifications, you can sometimes skip the cooking part and go straight to an office job like banquet manager, asst. banquet manager, food and beverage director, that kind of thing. Many restaurants need a catering/banquet person. And then there's always country clubs. Best culinary job I ever had, and it paid well too.
