Exactly what is wrong with your cat?? You cannot give your cat ANYTHING for pain unless prescribed by a vet. Cats are very sensitive and cannot take any sort of human pain medications..most will kill them. Get your cat to the vet if it is in pain.

Why is your cat in pain?
You need to be talking to your vet about this and making an appointment to take you cat in to see him/her.
If you expect anyone to try and help you on here, we need to have a few more details.
Hope your cat feels better soon.

DON'T give her aspirin or paracetamol, these are toxic to cats. Ask the vet for a cat-safe painkiller. There are some, but it also depends on her problem (she may not be allowed to take some medicines if she has a kidney or liver problem, for instance).

Cmon.....there are animal lovers that wonder what is wrong with cat.
Is it an old cat?
If the cat is in chronic pain then you know what the solution is.
REALLY SUGGEST VET.
I LOVE CATS...
but they should not be made to suffer....
My friend gets her cats from PAWS....
rescued cats.
When the cat gets old and sick she has to put cat to sleep.
She gets very bummed about.
But I encourage her to go to PAWS ASAP and find more cats that need to be rescued.
As much as I love cats...
(rule of thumb:you don't like cats...you don't like me)
It is very sad to see cat(or any other animal) suffer.

I am not very sure, but try giving him/her to the vet and they will see what you need to do, or maby putting it on your lap and scratch it behind the ears, heads, or tummy gently.
Hope this helps!
