I don't know if it's just me, but it seems that most of the good-looking guys I've ever met have been very egotistical and seem to think that they're doing a woman a favor just by being with her. Has anyone else here also found this to be the case?

Yes, for sure and they "seem to think they're doing" guys " a favour by being with them..so gays have the same problem...seriously

Well, I guess I dont really know what a good looking guy looks like, I do have some friends or guys I know that think pretty highly of themselves.
The same could be said of a lot of good looking women though. I think it goes both ways and I think it's because in our society media ranks physical beauty higher then any other trait, in everyway possible they make being good looking by far more important then anything else. which puts these very good looking people on some sort of ego trip. It's really stupid.

I find this true, but it shouldn't be thought of as a negative. Though some guys are so full of themselves that they have problems committing to a woman, a lot of the times it is just confidence that comes across as a little cocky. Think of it this way, would you rather him be a little cocky or think that he doesn't deserve you and have serious insecurity problems.

I agree with TE. I don't know for certain if men do it, but I do know that women do it. I'm guessing a lot of good looking people of both sexes act this way.

I find it's more common the other way around. Any woman with a nice figure thinks she's the only woman in the world with boobs. Guess what chica; you're not.

Since I'm a guy, I would not really know and haven't thought about it much, but it stands to reason since good-looking women tend to be that way.

I have met a few like that myself! How annoying, indeed! I have also met jerks who were not so good-looking, acting like they are God's gift to woman! I have, however, met a few hotties who weren't such jerks, but it's rare!

and you think women dont have that ego ? beautifull women looks for good guy,gets burnt, looks for the nice guy, takes it on him, burn him up good and ends up marrying someone in between,,,, heard this story before ?

I have had that happen to me too. It makes me want to knock them down a few notches. I have totally dogged men out for behaving this way.

i wouldnt say all... i would say half which could seem like most... there are good guys out there... you just have to find em.
