Good education will get you further in life then having your gf over or an adequate education. Its very trivial to chose living w your dad just so your current gf can come over. At 13 I know having some little girl as a gf is important but when you try to get into college and your education has not provided you with the knowledge needed to even pass the admission test you'll wish you have chosen differently.

You really need the education... particularly based on your explanation there.
Dad will let you party, and Mom will get you to study and make something of yourself. Think long term. College money is tight these days. Bush took away all the education grants and scholarships to fund his war. Forget the G.I Bill... the military is not an option because that is a proven meat grinder... even if you get out alive, you won't live very long after your hitch.
Look, speaking as an adult... an education and the ability to communicate in an articualte manner is KEY to doing well in life. If you don't want to be working in a hot wearhouse or digging ditches for a living, you need the education.
If you want women to like you when you are in your 20s, you need money. To get money you need a good job. To get a good job, you need an education.
Try talking to your school counselors... they know what all the hot jobs are these days. Accounting is secure. I.T. is really good though you need to maintain certifications.

Isn't that for a lawyer and your parents to decide? Get shared custody, how can one choose between dad and mom? if they are far away and you would rather stay with your mom tell your gf your sorry. Your still 13, I doubt your relationship is all that serious. But if you have a strong relationship with your gf stay with your dad, the education like you said is adaquaite. Unless you feel you would like a very good education. Really it's up to you.

At 13 your parents should be deciding what is in your best interest! Of course, you know that the responsible thing would be to live with the parent that has an interest in the best education and whom knows and does what is best for you. This is not always the "fun" parent. You will make friends and girlfriends at either house!

Stay with mom. You'll need the education for later in life. Don't think this is the advice you "want" - but it really is the best advice. Besides...with a good education you'll get a good job...then the rest comes.

I would go with getting the best education you can. Your education can give you a better life but your girlfriend at this age is totally replaceable.

Get a GOOD Education first, THAT is MOST important. girls will come and go Education is forever. For instance if you get a good education you'll learn how to SPELL and you'll learn GOOD GRAMMAR too. And you'll learn how to use SPELL CHECK on your computer. All most important in being a successful business man in what ever career you decide to pursue.
