I have been searching for ananswer now I have the answer that will eplain in details. I have 4 oxygen sensors on it. so you have 2 that are on top of the engine. Bank 1 sensor 1, is located right behind the number 1 cylinder, which in my 2001 taurus is the back left cylinder,,I believe the code on that one was po135. Bank 1 sensor2 is the sensor that is located closest to your radiator and is on top of your manifold, and that also has a green connector, that resembles that these 2 sensors are what you call upstream in your loop. The easiest way to remember is if it says bank 1, just remember 1 is always on top, if it says bank 2 sensor 1 or 2 that are the sensors that are located at the bottom of your engine and are generally the hardest to replace. So the connectors that have the black connections are your bank 2 sensors. Bank 2 sensor 1 is located right before your catalyst converter running off the manifold. The hardest one too replace is bank 2 sensor 2 and that is located right after the converter, and reall the only hard part about it is, is trying to disconnect the connector. You will need a o2 sensor removing tool, and all that is, is a socket designed to remove these sensors, or a 7/8/ open end wrench.

To get to the PCM on your car you need to remove the right side windshield cowl and the cowl panel extension. The PCM is mounted through a slot in the firewall behind the engine. With the cowling removed you will be able to see the connector and the end of the processor.
