Don't. Never "seduce" anyone that you know doesn't like you. Try to become her friend by starting up conversations of interest, let her see the good qualities that you have and put seduction out of your mind completely. If she doesn't like you now and you let her see that seduction is on your mind you are going to get stomped on and have no chance of even a friendship.

You can . give the neccessary signals at the right time that she is lonely and needs a company of someone. approach her and try to keep her company but don't be in a haste. let her know that you are there for her and then make the move and surely you would succeed take care of her very well after you have succeded .
