usually when I hear of someone sleeping more than is their customary pattern, I think of two possibilities. First, a life altering event of some sort, this can be a new job, a move, getting fired, having a fight with a loved one and so on. This will creat a need in the brain for healing sleep and this will pass.
The second thing that occurs is the possible development of obstructive sleep apnea, a syndrome that prevents truly restorative sleep so no matter how much you sleep you are always tired. This can be determined by discussing a sleep study with your physician and following his recommendations for treatment.

where do you live? If it has been hot and humid and you are usually very active you may be dehydrated. Try drinking a lot of water, but in small quantities. Like, if you wake up, make sure you have water next to your bed and drink as much as you can.
after A WHILE, EAT SOMETHING BLAND LIKE BREAD OR NO-SALT CRACKERS. THEN YOU CAN PROBABLY SAFELY TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN WITHOUT FEELING SICK.
DRINK MORE WATER.
IF THIS DOESN'T HELP, YOU SHOULD GO SEE A DOCTOR. Good LUCK, I AM HAVING SOME CRAPPY HEALTH PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW MYSELF.

It could be the change of season or the weather. Are you active at all during the day? It's good to be active but then relax 2 hours before you go to bed. Also, make sure you are eating well, not too much caffeine or sugar. Are you on meds?

You could be getting sick, or you could be depressed. You should see a doctor either way.

You need mental stimulation of any kind. I have the same condition every now and then. Then I decided to snap out of it and think.
