I have always heard that turkey is the leanest meat around.
So I've substituted everything for turkey, ham, breasts, sausages, etc.
Are all of these turkey products indeed leaner and have fewer calories than the ordinary stuff, like the ordinary ham and chicken breast?

processed turkey meats actually have the same fats and calories as any other processed meat, this is because they include the skin and fats in the processing. If you want less fat and calories, cook turkey breast yourself and use that.

the reason they're seen volatile is using the quantity of sodium- even the tilt deli meats comprise a number of salt. Sodium makes you save water and does not digest as properly. an decision- bake a chicken or turkey at homestead, style with herbs and pepper and slice it for sandwich meats.
