I really like this show, and I think it is very funny... Some people say that if I was "really" a "true Christian" I wouldn't be entertained by this type of show. But I think it is funny... So am I really wrong? (I don't think it is any worse than watching The Disney Channel w/ all those 13yr olds making out and stuff)
I do not think that it is "sinful" in anyway b/c it doesn't cause me to struggle or anything like that, it only makes me laugh... And I don't think that it is promoting homosexuality either, it doesnt have a runner at the bottom saying "BE GAY, BE GAY, BE GAY..." B/c it's not all about Will, Grace is not gay. "Will & Grace" Do you think it is wrong? If so, why? (Please explain.)

Absolutely not.You haven't broken any of God's commandments. If anything you are probably less judgemental and more open-minded than your peers.Relax, Christianity is about taking Jesus Christ as your saviour and loving your fellow man. Relax and enjoy the show. Life is too short to concern yourself with minor things. Jesus loves you. God Bless and have a great day.

If you've spent an adequate part of your day in prayer and in service, doing what the Lord asks us to do (i.e., feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, ministering to the sick and dying, etc.), then I see no reason a Christian person shouldn't take some time for R&R.

Personally, I don't think Will and Grace is funny at all, and it's too immodest for my tastes (last time I channel-surfed past it, Will was holding Grace's breasts in his hands and the audience was laughing, so he must have said something about them -- no doubt that they were too small?) and the "humor" is cheap, superficial and boring, but everybody laughs at different things.

The Christians who tell you it is wrong to watch Will & Grace are probably the same ones who think Harry Potter is evil. Like you said, the show is not promoting homosexuality, it is meant for entertainment purposes. So one of the characters happens to be gay. I'm sure you have encountered or will encounter gay people in your lifetime but that doesn't mean you should shun them. It's ridiculous to say that watching a televesion program or being entertained by a television program is sinful.

Hollywood and TV have a subtle way of presenting wrong things as being right. It's part of their agenda as an immoral subculture. Then one day you find yourself abandoning principles that you know were true at one time. If you can be completely objective then you won't be affected, but usually you get sucked in little by little until your shield is lost and you've lost sight of truth. Be careful.

We are born with our sexual orientation, it is NOT a choice.

Why do you care what others think? You know in your heart what is right and wrong. I think you know that bigotry is wrong, not homosexuality.

I personally see nothing wrong with that. You're not sinning in any way that i can see, i really don't see how this could be considered so wrong.

Jesus had a sense of humor too. And he ate with the sinners.

Hate the sin, love the sinner. Enjoy the reruns.

God bless.

The problem is that you laugh at what God cries over. Jesus died for sinners like that, and you still think it's funny. You really need to rethink your priorities, and how you respond to the sufferings of Jesus on the cross for our sins!
