My ex and I broke up a few months ago. So apparently he has moved on when the new girl looks back at me and just stares in wonderment. This has happen several times before with me. Are these girls insecure with themselves that they are trying to find fault with you or wondering what is it with her and not me? I would have figured that the ex-girlfriend would be staring at the new girl not vice versa.

no this girl has never looked at me like that and I didn't do anything to get her attention.

On one hand jealous. On the other, she must have thought you are really a jerk to treat him like that so that he left you.

Basically, she just might be a little jealous, obviously insecure, and she's trying to figure out what it was that he was so into when he was w/ you, and she's gonna try to find a way to top that. Next time she stares just ask her, "You got a staring problem? 'Cause I can fix that for you" and see if she keeps looking.

Yeah. She's insecure of her self because she knows that you have been with him and he's been with you. You know a lot about him that she hasn't yet to discover. She could think that at anytime you could get her "man" back anytime you want or visa versa. But chyea sounds like she's very insecure!! Good luck!

the boyfriend will have told them all about the ex...and she is probably either curious or jealous...some girls cant except that there boyfriend has a past and likes to think of themselves as the only person that has ever been important to them...

She is probably staring saying to herself "Ha I got her man" and you can stare at her and say "Ha you are sloppy seconds and I had him first!" I really don't know why girls do that but I have noticed it too and I have don't it before especially if I already didn't like the girl....I think its just female instinct!
