Sorry, I can't give you any immediate solution, but I can sympathise as I was extremely underweight until about a year ago. I am 5ft 4 1/2 " and always used to weigh around 7 st (give or take a few pounds). I was too skinny and often accused of being ill or anorexic, but I always ate well and just couldn't put on weight. I never had clothes that fitted, even when they started to sell size 6 and 8 clothes they were all too big. Thankfully as I approached 40 I have gained weight and now proudly sport a 8st 8lb bod. Now I can wear and fit all my clothes (sizes 6, 8 or 10) depending where they come from. Hold in there, I'm sure you will fill out a bit later in life. xx

All those anorexic people end up really close to death and have to go to classes to gain weight back. I don't think your fat at all..but if you really want to be anorexic here are some of the side effects Physical: Hair loss Lowered resistance to illness Hypersensitivity to heat Less need for sleep than normal eaters Severe dehydration, which can result in kidney failure Fatigue and overall weakness Emotial Difficulty in concentrating on anything else except weight Isolation from family and friends Emotional regression to a child-like state Feelings of guilt Dependence upon alcohol or drugs to handle the negative outlook Some anorexic (most actually) are put in to mental hospitals. So try heathier ways to lose weight instead. If you really want to lose weight talk to your mom and see if you can join a program like curves, this can give you more muscle.

Dude I had the same problem as you. Start working out and that will give you two things you need. Weight and muscle. Drink milk, milk and more milk. If you are super skinny go with whole if not go with 2%. Drink at least 96 oz. a day. Also the only supplement that really works is glucosamine. Grab a bottle of that and add it to the milk once a day and two times on day of workout. An hour before and two hours after. Dude if your serious you need to take action. Peace out..............

I don't know about websites, but if you'll load up on carbohydrates, you'll gain weight. Breads and starches metabolize in your body and become glucose, this is a form of sugar. When the body uses all the sugar it needs, then it metabolizes again & becomes fat. And the body then stores this fat for future use and you gain weight. Also adding fats to your diet: such as sour cream, butter, avacadoes, olives, 4% milk fat milk. Drinks with sugar.
But watch out, keep a food diary and a weight diary so you don't put on too much weight.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

I found that sneaking a pot of double cream down you each week in the car outside Asda before you take the rest of the shopping home to the kids helps.
