I use to have shoulder length hair like yours and i get relaxers ever y 8 weeks. Remember not to wait to long to get a touch up because it can actually make your hair break more. Get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. Try not to use a blow dryer, curlying iron, or flat iron to often. For instance, I wash my hair then blow dry it and flat iron it in the same day. I use as little products as needed but love paul mitchells skinny serum. The key to keeping your flat hair is to wrap it every night before going to bed with a silk or satin head scarf.
