There are literally hundreds of pagan paths, almost every ancient culture has a particular belief that is considered to be under the umbrella of Pagan. Hinduism, Shinto, Buddhism, Taoism and most of the eastern religions are not Pagan however, falling under other classifications, though Chinese folk religions do fall under the Pagan classification. Here is a list of a few Pagan religions:
Wicca
Kemeticism (Egyptian Reconstuctionist)
Asatru (Norse Reconstructionist)
Hellenistic Greek
Roman
Druidism and Celtic Reconstructionist
Sumerian
Native American
Shamanism
Vodoun
Romani
Stregheria and Strega
And that is just a few. There are dozens more.

Two books I'd highly recommend:
"Contemporary Paganism" by Graham Harvey - an excellent look at various neopagan religions; academic, but not at all dry
"The Four Powers" by Nicholas Graham - takes a much wider view, including neopaganism, ceremonial magic, Afro-Caribbean religions, and others.
Both aren't that widely available in stores, but are easily bought on Amazon and other online places.

I would suggest looking into the religion of either your own pre-Christian ancestors or the pre-Christian religion of the place you live-if the 2 aren't the same.
It might not be the right faith for you but it's a good way to start.

http://www.witchvox.com has a listing of various traditions and paths.
"Drawing Down the Moon," by Margot Adler is one of the best litereary resources on the variety of neo-pagans that you can access easily. (Your library should have it, and if not, you can get it at a local bookstore.)
