I have a couple of little wire baskets. I think they came from Target. They were in the office section. They're only about 5x7x1". (Maybe they were for memos or pens?) Anyway, I put them in the fridge and one holds lemons and another holds peppers. I like the wire mesh because of the air circulation. And it's easy to rearrange the baskets if I need more space for a large pan.

- dice up different fruit, to make fruit salad, store it in a sealed container. or zip lock bag,

you can also freeze fruits in zip lock bags =blueberrys, strawberrys, bananas, grapes.....

and......Eat plenty of fruit, therefore it won't be sitting in the fridge for a long period of time... :) Enjoy*
