I wouldn't think so. A call to the priesthood must be weighed and answered not necessarily obeyed. Only certain people can handle that calling and many who do should not have. Your answer can be no just as easily as yes and you can still carry your faith through life.

No, Priesthood is a vocation, you have to make the desicion on your own, nobody can aacept it just because you think God is calling you, you have to be convinced. Priesthood is a marriage with God, that is it, and if you do not want to or are not ready to, that is not a sin... don´t worry.

Though I am not a Catholic, I see that you have launched numerous questions on becoming a Priest. I therefore suggest you take your questions to a Priest not a bunch of Christians, Muslims, Atheists, Pagans, and Jews. If you want to know about being a Priest ask a Priest. Seems simple, but then I would not follow the Pope, since he is not a follower of the Lord Jesus
Christ. But hey if you are going to follow the Pope you might as well go all out and be a Priest. I follow the Lord Jesus Christ and have been in the Ministry for nearly 31 years. It is rewarding but then I know that it is the path God chose for me.

Of course not .You have to do something terrible to offend God.Many are called, but few are chosen.
EDIT. If you do not accept a call to the Priesthood that means you were not called in the first place. You only thought you were called.

I think there are many men who confuse feelings of homosexuality as a reason to heed the call to priesthood.

Not really...it is a major sacrifice of career and activity that may not be what God intended for you. There's other ways to help the world without being a holy man...

I'm pretty sure its ok. But if your really meant to do that kind of thing I'm sure you'll be pestered by the forces that be.
I mean, we were given free will. That means we can deny things just as well as accepting them. If you don't want to do that then don't.
